CF470 Half Rack - Great piece of gym kit if you have the space to build out a home gym then for the money the CF470 has to be a contender for a half rack.
Well constructed, sturdy and not to difficult to piece together it's my go to place for all heavy lifts.
With the integrated pull up bars and the additional dip extensions it caters for so much.
Bodymax CF330 bench - I went for this bench for the integrated preacher curl mat and calf raise adaptation, if I'm honest I wish I hadn't.
The bench is LONG and a pain to manoeuvre around as its not on wheels, the actual seat cover is well made but the rest of the bench is a bit shaky, personally I would swap it for a smaller bench on wheels with no additional add ons.
Olympic Bar - well crafted solid bar, what more can I say.
Bodymax rubber weight plates - I purchased the 145kg set there were a good mix of plate weights and for the money I think you'd be hard pushed to find a rubberised set of weights which will last.
I'll pick up another x2 20kg and x2 10kg to add to the set.
Overall I would recommend the Bodymax range, the rack is fantastic it really is a bargain, the bench personally I would swap due to its limited movement and the weights and bar were well crafted and will last.
The only issue I had was with the delivery of the items, I appreciate it wasn't Powerhouse Fitness fault but the courier only wanted to deal with my txt which I though was strange and the kit took over two weeks to turn up.

Strong gym ball
It's a good size gym ball and very strong. I like the size as does my 13 year old daughter. It's a good ball.
