WHY IS IT SO EFFECTIVE?
In the ab roll movement, you are extending your body into plank position which is why the exercise is also known as moving plank. This movement requires you to engage several core muscles at the same time - predominantly your abdominals. On top of that, the ab wheel engages the upper body muscles which makes it an excellent exercise for arms, shoulders and back. HOW TO AB ROLL IN EASY STEPS

STEP 1 - Begin with both knees on the floor and the ab wheel in front
of your body on the floor.

STEP 2 - Tighten your core muscles and extend your arms fully.

STEP 3 - Roll the ab wheel forward as far as you can.

STEP 4 - Hold for 2-3 seconds

STEP 5 - Squeeze your core muscles without putting the pressure on your lower back and
roll yourself back to the starting position.

STEP 6 - Try between 10-25 repetitions.

If this starting position is not challenging enough, try to do it starting from your toes instead of the knees!
