A beautifully crafted chromed and knurled bar. It has been rated at a 113kg (250lbs.) maximum load so you can take your weight training to the maximum! Fitted for Olympic weights, which are 2-inches in diameter this barbell can take cast iron, hammertone or rubber radial weight plates. Please make sure you order the correct the gauge. The distance between the Olympic Collars is 117cm.

I bought this barbell as a birthday present for my son who has set up a home gym in an outbuilding at his house. He had already purchased a bench press and longer barbell and weights but needed the shorter one for straight lifts.

Solid bar for a very reasonable price.
I decided to buy a separate 6ft bar as I overhead press in a separate room to my home gym due to ceiling height. I've been using it for heavy presses and deadlifts so far and I'm pleased with my purchase. It seems very solid. The only thing to bear in mind is that the sleeve lengths mean you can't put as many plates on as you can with a 7ft bar.
