The contemporary design not only looks great but has been built to the highest standards to offer a real quality feeling to the trainer. Compact enough to not take up masses of floor space, the GXP is best suited to use in a spare-room, home gym space or garage space.
The bench press station on the trainer has an adjustable starting point which in turn allows for users of different builds / height to use the machine safely, whilst offering exercises including but not limited to; bench presses, incline presses, shoulder presses and mid rows. Both the seat and back pads are fully adjustable.
The back-pad tilts to ensure full support is guaranteed when performing both incline and shoulder presses. The unique doubling cable, which can increase the resistance to a 2:1 ratio, provides a platform to bench press up to 400lb.
VARIETY OF EXERCISES
The cable station, with fully adjustable arms, allows for a vast array of exercises, including functional training, sports specific training and core training exercises that mimic dumbbell training. There is also an Ab Crunch station for abdominal training.
LOW PULLEY STATION
A Low Pulley station, with a fitted footplate is ideal for low rows, abductor, leg kicks, arm curls, upright rows whereas the High Pulley station offers exercises such as lat pulldowns and triceps push downs.
LEG EXTENTION AND CURL STATION
A Leg Extension and Leg Curl station complete the GXP, providing a seated leg extension exercise or standing leg curl.
