Description: BodyCraft CFT Functional Trainer
FREE STANDING
The machines free standing capabilities means there is no need to mount to a wall which makes the CFT and a great option if you just want to build and go! The CFT is both sleek and compact allowing this to fit most gym kit outs. The two large feet and two intersections gives the CFT a stable floor meaning any exercise and at weight can be completed safely giving the CFT a Robust and solid feel when training. At a height of 2.09m the CFT will fit into most spaces so from garages to small studios it’ll be suitable for all!
ATTACHMENTS
Coming with multiple attachments as standard this allows you to perform most exercises allowing a full body work out with 2 D-handles, 2 chains, and an ankle cuff. The Bodycraft CFT is compatible with all cable attachments so more can be added to increase the variety of exercises that can be performed! Also when used singularly the cables can be lengthened to 180 degrees and when used together in tandem can be used to 90 degrees meaning whatever the exercise at whatever position you can complete your training with ease!
STEEL FRAME AND 4:1 RATIO
The Bodycraft CFT functional trainer boasts a smooth 4:1 cable ratio which allows the user a greater range of motion which is great for any kind of training and is particularly advantageous when performing rehab/ pre-hab exercises, with the positioning of the main uprights being wider this makes the CFT the perfect machine if you want a similar experience to a dual pulley machine at the fraction of space! The CFT’s weight stack of 70kg gives the user a wide range of weight to complete any exercise of their choosing, from strength training to higher rep work the CFT will help you on your fitness journey.

Fabulous
I’ve had my CFT for 1 1/2 years and can’t fault it. It’s compact style fits beautifully into a small space well providing a full range of options for training. The spreader allowing the use of both cables simultaneously not only as resistant but also a wide range of exercises. Can I recommend this product? Absolutely! It has revolutionised my ability to train at home and avoid the need to go back to a gym during this pandemic. Marks out of 10 I would say 10 out of 10

Great Quailty
Very compact for a cable machine. This is stored in the corner of a sapre room, and fits in nicely. Super smooth and very easy to use with loads of different exercise options! Delighted with this.
