Servicing the demands of the extremely dynamic industry for the last 25 years has seen Powerhouse evolve into the leading UK supplier of fitness products. Powerhouse operates from 12 sites (April 2007) and includes a team of over 80 specialised staff throughout the UK who pride themselves on the level of knowledge and expertise offered to each client. During the last 12 months the Powerhouse online, business-to-business and retail divisions have supplied in the region of 100,000 individual customers achieving an annual turnover in excess of £10 million.

Within the business to business (B2B) division of Powerhouse Fitness, a strong focus on providing a comprehensive package for each client has seen an increase of 100% trade in the last three years. The B2B team of account managers has a wide-ranging experience to advise and guide clients in how best to grow their business. Powerhouse Fitness provide a tailored package to encompass everything from the space planning, interior fit-out, the supply of equipment, marketing and staff training right through to the support and service required to maximise the potential benefit to each individual.

Service and Maintenance

Due to the unique style of our equipment we have a dedicated team of technicians who are specially trained to deal with any service or maintenance issue regarding the equipment. Our customer support team are on hand daily to ensure that your needs are met immediately. We have taken our vast knowledge & experience of the commercial fitness market and used this to develop a premier service second to none.

On every callout you can rely on our service technicians to provide an efficient and professional service, providing the minimum amount of fuss & inconvenience in your facility. Powerhouse has six fully trained in-house service engineers throughout the UK. We also work with a team of 20 professional service engineers who operate out of our UK service centres providing an unmatched 2 working days response time.

Customer Support

Powerhouse has a complete sales, marketing and operations division which aims to provide our clients with an unsurpassed level of service and support in the area of health and fitness provision. We aim to help our clients achieve a competitive advantage, through the delivery of our high quality services and consultancy with the main ethos being in the gaining and retaining of customers within your club or leisure environment.

Space Planning: Maximising the potential usage of any space within your fitness facility is essential in creating an environment people will enjoy training in. From small corporate facilities to large commercial fitness suites, the space planning is an essential ingredient.

Interior Refurbishment: Creating a fresh, modern, spacious environment that your clients feel comfortable training in is crucial to the Powerhouse Fitness can provide the complete design package, from initial concept ideas through to the implementation of the design plan. Expert advice on surface finishes, colour schemes, lighting design and space awareness is part of the complete solution.

Conceptual Design: Powerhouse Fitness can provide a three-dimensional plan and animated fly-through to assist in the visualisation of your fitness suite. For the pre-launch marketing, Powerhouse Fitness is able to offer a three-dimensional visualisation of how the fitness suite will look.

Maintenance Training: Regular daily and weekly maintenance is of the utmost importance in maximising the performance and lifespan of the equipment. On completion of each installation, Powerhouse Fitness will provide a maintenance course for the staff of your facility. The course will be repeated on an annual basis, or as and when is required by your needs.

Management and Staff Training: Through our dedicated team of trainers, a comprehensive tuition service for both management and staff can be arranged. In addition, all staff that will sell memberships must be trained on the Powerhouse Sales system and need training in how to sell and maximise income. Powerhouse also offer a Studio Cycling Instruction Course.
