Designed with a high strength metal fan, the Assault Bike scales automatically to how hard you want to work. Air resistance bikes work on the principle that your power input (pedalling and cranking the “dual-action” handles) results in a fan turning.

LCD MONITOR
The high-resolution LCD console is designed to show key data, all at the same time. In addition to measuring RPM, distance, time, speed and calories burned, it also measures watts. You can also set tabata, reverse tabata, own time intervals and goals. During each workout you can also analyse your personal data via the telemetric heart rate monitoring.
Programmed to push you to your max, the console gives you seven on-board programs designed to match your mood. From a hard-hitting Tabata interval session to building your own workout based on calories, distance, time or heart rate. More choices mean more motivation.
The Assault Bike is also a great tool for rehabilitation as it allows the area of the injury to move and provide blood flow to the area to aid in recovery. It places no pressure on your joints. .
FULLY ADJUSTABLE
The Assault Bike seat can be adjusted horizontally as well as vertically. This enable to get a more comfortable and effective position for working out. It avoids being stretched or cramped when working the arms on the handlebars. Making adjustments for various heights between 4 ft 10 ins and 6 ft 10 ins tall is also easy to do.
This air bike is highly durable, it is built to take the rigorous punishment by both elite athletes and the military. To achieve this the handlebars are made from 12 gauge steel, the frame from high tensile steel coated to prevent rust, metal blades on the fan wheel and twenty Sealed Ball Bearings. These all make it a very tough bike that stands up to tough intense workouts.
If you are short on space, simply place the bike in storage when not in use. The bike has a strong robust frame with transport wheels for easy movement.
The bike is of very solid construction, and feels remarkably smooth and stable, with an excellent range of resistance.
