COVID-19 UPDATE - 24/06/2020

Following the latest Government Guidance, our retail stores in Scotland will re-open on Monday 29th June. We're excited to welcome our customers back and want to reassure you that the team are working hard to keep everyone safe. We'll be limiting the number of customers in store at any one time and our store colleagues will be on hand to help everyone maintain a safe distance. Our Glasgow store remains closed with a new, bigger and better store coming soon.

We continue to accept orders via our online shop and by phoning our Sales team on 0141 876 3976. Both our Live chat service on our website and telephone lines are exceptionally busy at this time, but is the best way to get in touch for order queries.


We estimate orders placed on, or after the 18th May will reach most customers within 7 working days.

Standard Kerbside Delivery (3 - 5 Days)

Expected timescales is within 3-5 working days.

One Man Pallet Delivery (5 - 7 Days)

Expected delivery is 5-7 working days. All deliveries are made Monday - Friday between 7am and 6pm. These are kerbside only. We advise having two bodies available to help the courier with larger or heavy deliveries. Please note, Powerhouse Fitness advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.

Two Man/Ground Floor Delivery: (UK mainland only, up to a maximum of 350kgs | 7 - 10 Days)

This service is available on larger orders or premium priced products. Expected delivery is 7-10 working days from day of dispatch. You will be called to book a delivery day in advance. Subject to suitable and safe access, the couriers will place the product into a ground floor room of your choice.

Our online shop is open and accepting orders for items that are in stock at our warehouses. In Stock items continue to be added to the website daily. The option to Pre-Order certain product lines is now available with expected delivery dates displayed on the product pages. All retail stores in England re-opened on Monday 15th June and following recent government guidelines our Scottish stores will re-open on Monday 29th June. Our customer services and logistics teams are still fully operational, and we have added further resources into our warehouse to continue processing all orders received. There have been some problems with the courier network due to driver sickness which have further impacted delivery times. Our Live chat service on our website and telephone lines are exceptionally busy at this time, but is the best way to get in touch.

If you have contacted us and not yet had a response please accept this as an order delivery update and as an apology for not being able to respond yet. We are unable to provide individual updates to every customer.

  • All orders placed on, or after 18th May will be dispatched within 24 working hours. Delivery timescales are noted above and on our Delivery page here.
  • You will receive an update once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse containing tracking information.
  • Our couriers will notify you of the delivery date when they receive your goods, where you will have the option to make alternative arrangements such as leave with neighbour, change day etc. directly with the courier. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery in the event of future government actions being taken.
  • If you have an install with us booked with us today or later this month we cannot give you a new date until the government issue further guidelines.

We do hope you understand that we will do everything in our power to deliver your order, and our staff are working flat out to process orders, pack and ship, and respond to your questions, all being mindful of home working and social distancing which we are ensuring are being practised.

Due to the impact of Covid-19 on worldwide supply chains, we reserve the right to limit the maximum quantity of an item that an individual customer can order. This will be done on a product by product basis and may be subject to change due to availability.
