COVID-19 Update - 26/04/2021

In line with government guidelines all our stores are now open. Please refer to our store finder for your local stores opening hours before you travel.

We continue to accept orders via our online shop and by phoning our dedicated Sales Team on 0141 876 3976. Both our Live Chat service on our website and telephone lines are exceptionally busy at this time, but it is the best way to get in touch for order queries.

Q: Are you still shipping orders?

A: Yes, our online store and sales team can still take orders which are being shipped by our warehouse team as normal. Due to the high volume of orders delivery times may be extended. For the latest delivery timescales click here.

Q: Will I get an email when my order is shipped?

A: Yes, you will receive email correspondence when your order has been both confirmed and then dispatched from our warehouse.
Please allow up to 5 working days between receiving your order confirmation and your shipping email. Your shipping email will have your tracking number and courier details to view your consignment. If you haven’t received an email please check your spam / junk folder as they do from time to time fall into those folders.

Q: Will my order be brought into my house?

A: Due to the current Government Guidelines, all orders will be kerbside delivery only. Our delivery teams are not allowed to enter your home / apartment block or office building. Therefore all items will be kerbside delivery only and your responsibility to take into your home / back garden / garage or other out building.

Q: An item I am looking at says ‘Out of Stock’ will you be getting more of this?

A: At the moment we are working to provide the best possible stock updates as we can. Due to the significant increase in supply and demand, we will offer pre-order where possible however not in all cases. We would best advise to keep an eye on our social media channels and individual product pages as any updates will be displayed here.

Q: I’ve emailed and called but had no response, are you still open?

A: Yes, we are working as normal with all staff at home in-line with Government guidelines. We really appreciate your patience and we will get back to all customers as quickly as possible. If your query is urgent, the quickest way to reach us is via Live Chat on our website.


We do hope you understand that we will do everything in our power to deliver your order, and our staff are working flat out to process orders, pack and ship, and respond to your questions, all being mindful of home working and social distancing which we are ensuring are being practised.

Due to the impact of Covid-19 on worldwide supply chains, we reserve the right to limit the maximum quantity of an item that an individual customer can order. This will be done on a product by product basis and may be subject to change due to availability.
