The service I have received from start to
finish was superb. From the day I placed the order was first discussed right
through to the on time, correct delivery the whole process was perfect. I was
well advised, offered a good deal and then the product was held until I was in a
position to accept it due to house move. As you can imagine I have had a number
of things delivered moving house and a number of problems to deal with. This was
the only one that was completely pain free in a time when customer service seems

After a great deal of detailed research into the many home Gym appliances
currently available, my wife and I chose to go with Powerhouse Fitness. The ease
of navigation through their clearly presented customer facing web site details
was encouraging from the outset. I cannot speak too highly of the standard of
service we received when we made telephone contact with a view to purchase. The
prompt return of promised calls, and close liaison in finally deciding upon the
Horizon and Johnson equipment made the selection and transaction a pleasurable
experience; no fuss, no 'hard sell', in fact nothing too much trouble. Lisa
Stuart was a joy to work with and on the odd occasion we spoke to colleagues in
