note our 0800 number is a dedicated sales line and our sales
advisors do not have access to information on outstanding orders
or internet transactions.
Order Tracking:
If you
have recently placed an order with our telesales department or
on-line via our website and wish further information on your
delivery, please e-mail
orders@powerhouse-fitness.co.uk stating your full name,
postcode, date of order and details of product and method of
ordering, i.e. Was your order place via the telephone or
website.
Please
note, orders for smaller items will be dispatched within 5-10
working days of receipt of order on a 3 day delivery service.
Investigations can only be made into non or late delivery after
14 working days. If you have still not received your goods
after 14 working days, please e-mail
orders@powerhouse-fitness.co.uk providing the information
requested above.
All
customers who have ordered larger items of equipment on-line or
via our telesales department will be contacted by a member of
our logistics team within 3 days of receipt of your order to
arrange delivery. For all orders placed directly with our retail
showrooms, please contact the branch where you made your
purchase.
