You must have retail experience and a proven track record in sales. A good understanding of health and fitness equipment is desirable. Duties involve serving customers, handling cash/credit cards, maintaining a professional approach at all times, using a till, housekeeping to company standards and associated tasks. Employer states some lifting up to 25kg may be required.

Retail Store Managers

You must have extensive previous retail experience. You will have a sound knowledge of retailing, a proven track record in sales and a winning attitude. An ability to manage stock, maximize sales and high presentational standards are a must. Good communication and negotiating skills are essential as you will be required to network locally to increase. Business and provide excellence in customer service. You must have a sound knowledge of people management. Experience of fitness equipment is desirable but not essential. Duties include managing a fitness retail store on a day to day basis, including managing staff and all other associated tasks as required.
