*** IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT LARGE ITEMS *** What is one man / kerbside delivery?
Powerhouse Fitness use a number of couriers for delivery of 'large items'. Free delivery includes delivery to the kerbside immediately adjacent to the couriers vehicle. Most couriers regard inside delivery as an extra service and as such this is not included with the free delivery option. It may be necessary for you to assist or move merchandise into your home. This is especially relevant if you live in a block of flats as couriers will only deliver to the ground floor entrance to the block.
Where possible, we recommend paying for two man delivery and installation on large items
What is two man delivery?
This service is available for large items. Subject to good and safe access, the courier will place the product in the ground floor room of your choice. Please note: Due to Health & Safety regulations deliveries above or below ground floor are at the carriers discretion and are not guaranteed. This includes steps that are immediately outside the premises and are required to climb in order to gain access to the property.
Other delivery information
Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and all UK Islands may incur an additional charge and take longer. This includes postcodes beginning AB30, AB31, AB33. AB34, AB35, AB44, AB45, AB51, AB52, AB53 and AB54.
