Description: The Flex Urethane Series from PowerBlock are the fourth generation of PowerBlocks. The urethane coated weight plates offer the ultimate in smooth, quiet performance in addition to their "flex" technology (patent pending) in both the weight plates and the selector pins making for the most durable PowerBlock yet. The coloured rails are powder coat painted and are on both sides of each block for easy identification of the different weights. With the premium urethane coating, "flex" technology and the additional weight increments than the Sport Series, this range is perfect for discerning home fitness enthusiast and carries a lifetime home warranty. The U90 Dumbbell Set comes in two seperate stages
Stage 1: Has a weight range of 1kg-22.5kg per hand. This stage 1 set replaces the need for 20 pairs of traditional fixed weigth dumbbells
Stage 2: When the stage 2 is added the U90 set has an equivalent of 28 pairs of dumbbells with the total set of weight plates delivering 1kg - 41kg oer hand
Please note: If you want to purchase the U90 Dumbbell up to its maximum of 41kg per hand you need to purchase both the Stage 1 Set and the Stage 2 Add-on Kit
The versatility of the U90 Dumbbell Set is due to the adder weights within the core handle of each dumbbell. On their own the two adder weights each weigh 1kg and the empty handle weighs 2.5kg and so even before any of the weight plates are used, you can train in 1kg, 2.5kg, 3.5kg and 4.5kg increments per hand. By either using one, two or none of the adder weights you can train in incremental steps as your training needs change
