How
do you know that Powerhouse is a 'Secure Site'?
Look at the bottom right-hand side of your computer screen
when you are making a purchase, you'll see a small yellow
padlock in a small box located in your internet browsers
'Status Bar', this tells you that this site is
secure.
The
Padlock only appears onscreen whenever you are asked to
provide personal details.
When you see the padlock symbol,
Double-Click it to view the full validity of the Secure
Certificate.

Conditions
of Free Delivery
At present, free
delivery is offered to all Powerhouse customers on selected
domestic equipment transactions. Customers will be
informed of any delivery charge before ordering. All
items, where applicable, will be delivered in boxes for
home assembly by the customer. Goods will normally be
delivered within 5-10 working days.
For a small surcharge, Deliveries can be made on a
Saturday morning. Please contact us for further
details. As a general rule, all orders over £200 in
value will be delivered free in UK mainland, and over
£600 free to Northern Ireland, however many orders under
£200 will also be delivered free, to check simply proceed
to shopping basket and if carriage equals £0.00, then
carriage is free.
Delivery to Northern
Ireland is free on equipment orders over £600.
Our free
delivery service delivers your purchase to the ground
level of your property. One delivery driver will deliver
your boxed purchase. Our free delivery does not
include the driver taking your purchase upstairs
internally or externally. Drivers are not insured to enter
your property and please do not ask them to lift heavy
items without sufficient manpower, as this will often be
in breach of Health & Safety legislation.
Free
delivery, where provided, applies to the UK mainland
only. Free delivery is provided only to customers purchasing equipment for home use; not for commercial installations.

to circumstances beyond our control these may change,
including rate of Value Added Tax. The price levied will
be confirmed at the time of ordering. |

Incorrect/Faulty
goods must be returned to us before replacements will be
dispatched. |

We
strive to keep the majority of the products listed on our
website in stock at all times. Occasionally some items are
out of stock. If you order an item that is out of stock,
we will contact you within 48 hours (2 working days) and
advise you when the item is due back in or of any
comparable product that is available. We WILL NOT take
payment at this stage, and won't take payment until you
either confirm you are happy to wait or decide on another
product. If you do not wish another product or don't want
to wait, we will cancel your order without debiting your
credit/debit card. |

Refunds
for goods purchased on-line or by telephone will be made in the original payment method and within 14
days of our receipt of goods. All refunds must be
authorised by our staff, contact the Direct Sales
Manager for authorisation on 0141 221 3885. |

Your
