Fully Adjustable
Being fully adjustable means that there are several different weight combinations the dumbbells can be set to. These include -

Standard Weight Plates
The weight discs in this kit have 1 inch diameter holes and are only suitable for 1 inch diameter dumbbell bars. Not suitable for olympic sized dumbbell bars.
